Don't Like The Pictures
A remoustranee against the prodnotion of the veriseope pictnres of the Corbett-FilzsiminoDS fight at the Atheus Theater toniorrow oight, has been preseuted to Manager Lisemer. It is signed by H. B. Hutchins, actiug president of the university; Profs. Hudson, Taft, Vaughau, Greeue, Prescott, Thompson and Kegent Dean of the uuiversity, together with all the ministers of the city and a nnmber of business men. Mr. Liserner had a meeting with the gentlemen in qnestion at '.vhioh he defined his positiou. He told them he had a written coutract with the managers of the verisoope which he cannot break without forfeiting a large amount of ruoney and added to that he had never broken a coutraot yet. He also stated that he had seen the show before allowing it to come here and he did not cousider it demoraliĆ¼iug. The show will, therefore, go on.
