San Francisco, Oct. 12.- The Jesuit fathers are preparing to build a new ship for the Yukon river to replace the one they formerly had, but which, at the time of the rush a few months ago. was purchased by miners, as a last means of reaching the gold fields.' The new vessel is to run up the Yukon between the Catholic missions-. It wlU be 92 feet long and 22 feet beam. It will be called the St. Joseph.
