Newton, Kan., Oct. 12.- Congre?sman Jerry Simpscn declares t'nat incide oí the next year this country will be in the throes of a panic the üke of which was never dreamed of. Acoording to Mr. Simpson, England is paying for American exparts in American securities and the banks are bolstering up the securities by borrowing. He predicts that the banks will be obliged to unload in the near future and that this will cause the crash.
