Notice to Creditors. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, COUX"Y OF i' Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hureby givo.-,, that by an order of the Probate Court for thp Oountv of Washtenaw, made on the J6th a of Octóber A. D. 1S97, six months from thafc date were allowed for creditors to present their claims aaaiust the estáte of John Hagen, late of said county, deceased, and tliat all creditors of saia deceased are required to present their claims tosaid Probate Oourt, atthe Probate Office in the oitv of Ann Arbor, for examinution and allowance, on or before the ltith day of April next, and tliat such claims will he heard before said Court on the ljth day of January I89S, and on the ltíih day 01 April, 1398 next, at teu o clock in the forenoonof each of said days.
