Detroit, Nov. 2. - A steady, drenehing cold rain with no apparent prospect of cessation was the kind of weather furnished for the Detroit municipal election. Mayor Maybury's adherenta claimed that it was Democratie weather and tended to add to the Democratie majorities which they have confidently teen predicting. The Republicana insisted apparently with equal confldence that Olarence A. Black will be the next mayor, but they did not claim as laifèe majorities as the Democra-ts.
