Topeka, Kan., Nov. 2. - Bright, clear weather prevailed throughout Kansas. As there were no state officers to be elected and no considerable part of the state was intere9ted in the election or defeat of the same men, the campaigns have been thoroughly local, and little general interest was taken in the results.
