New York, Nov. 2. - The party of six Eskimos whom Lieutenant Peary brought here and who are now in Bellevue hospital are having a hard time of it. the matron of the party, is eritically ill, but the Bellevue physieians have hopes of saving her life. The troublea of the whole party are caused by the climate. They are suffering from pneumonĂa and kindred complaints - diseases which it would be supposed they could wai'd off the best. Instead of contracting pneumonĂa from the cold they apparently contract it from the heat. They eomplain much of the "excessive heat" and long for a sight of the ice-elad fields of their native land. 4
