Phüadelphia, Nov. 3. - Pennsylvania held its (juiete9t election in many years. The feature was the mark of disapproval of Senator Quay and his methods by the extensive of the name of James S. Beacon, candidate for state treasurer. Returns indÃcate a substantial Republican majority, but Beacon had a great scare.
