Wants A New State Created

Hennessey, O. T., Nov. 16. - The Territorial Press association, in session here, has adopted resolutions iavoring the ereation of a state from Oklahoma territory, provided "that if its boundaries shall include Oklahoma and the Indian territories, the state so created shall exercise neither legislat've, judicial nor other control over either of the five nations until such nations ahall ratify the eonstitution of suïh state in such manner as congress may direct."
