New York, Nov. 23.- By the giving way of a scaffolding on the new sugrar refinery of Dorscher & Co., in the course of erection at Long Island City, three men were precipitated from the fifth tory to the ground below. Peter McAllister and Andrew Stewart, bricklayers, were fatally injured, while Patrick Moey, a laborer, was badly hurt, but will probably recover.
