Bound Over To The Circuit Court

The hearing of the case brought by Enoch Seais agaiost Attorney C. Lincoln McGuire, on the charge of obtain- ing mcney under false pretenses, was commenced in Justice Pond's court on Satnrday, Frank E. Jones appearing for the defense. After hearing some evidence the case was further adjourned until Wednesday when Mr. McGuire ivas bonnd over for trial in the circuit conrt. He gave a bond for f:300 for his appearance.
