The Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti Street JRailway Co. bas a snit for a free pass over the road 011 its hands. When the road was flrst boilt Mrs. Wailace, wh lives near Carpenter's corners, olaimed that the road enoroaohed on her premises. A snit for damages would haveoansed considerable trouble and annoyau3e so a fiee pass was iasued to her by H. P. Glover. When the old motor line was absorbed and the new oompany started to opérate, it refnsed to reoognize Mrs. Wallace's pass or her claim to it, henee the soit.
