At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Offlee in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the ]5th day of November n the year oue thousand eight hundred and niuety-seven. Present H. Wii-t Newkirk, Judg-e of Probate. In the matter ot the estáte of Margaret E. Goldsruith, deceased. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled, of John I. Gold.smitb. praying that a certain instrument now on tile in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament, of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to himself the executor in said ■will uamed, or to some other suitable persou. Thereupon it is ordered, that Mouday, the loth day of December, next, at ten o'clock n the forenoon, be assigned for the hearng of said petition. and that the devisees, legatees, and heii's at lawof said deceased, and all other ipersons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, hen to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer ot the petitiorccr should uot be granted: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of he pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argos, a newspaper printed and eireulated in said county, three suecessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
