Metzger Will Not Prosecute

■ Philadelphia, Dec. 14.- The criminal and civil suits brought by John H. Metzger against Astor Richard Mansfield have been compromised. Metzger will not prosecutu in the criminal courts. and the suit in the common pleas will be withdrawn. Metzger was Mansfleld's dresser, and sued for alleged assault and battery. The overtures for settlement came .from Lawyer John G. Johnson, on behalf of Mr. Mansfield.
