British Preparing For A Grab

Berlín, Dec. 21.- The rumor Is current het-e that the Brltlah East Asiatic squadron has been ordered to sail for Quelpaert island, at the entranee of the Yellow sea, presuraably to occupy it. The tone of the Germán presa is faforable to some such action on the part of Great Britain. Quelpaert island, which is forty miles south of Corea, is torty-five miles long and twelve miles broad. It is subordínate to Corea and has heen used as a penal settlement.
