Attacks The Mileage Ticket

Grand Rapids, Mich., Dec. 28.- state Railroad Commlssionër Wesselius says the new interchaneable mileage ticket is a violation of the state law. The law provirtea that 1.000-mile books shaü be sold at $20, gobd for any member of tlyj family. The new books are i?old at $30. with $10 rebate, and the rebate is lost if any other than the original owner uses it. This wlll be diseussed in the coirmissioner's report, and the recommer.dation will be made that unless the railroads observe the law their charters be annulled.
