Killed A Catamount

Belleville, Hls.. Dec. 28.- A huge catamount was shot and killed here by the Meyer brothers of this city. The cat was lying in wait for the men and it took four loads of buckshot to kill it. It was crouching. ready for a spring, when discovered in the weeds at the roadside. It weighed fifty pounds.
