Spring exanrinations for positions in the postal service will be beid at the same timo as the dopartmental examinations; post office, cnatom honse, and interual revenne examinations will iba held between March 15 and April 2ü, 1898. Oircnlars of information and applioation blanks will hereafter be given ont at any time when asked for, comploted applioations wil) also be received at any time, good for the first snooeeding examiDation, nnless the time is closed for receiving applications for such exarniaatinn.when they will be good for the nest examination.
