At a session of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of A nü Arbor on Friday, the 17th day of December, in the year one thoutand eight huDdred and ninetyseven. Present, H. WIRT NEWKIEK, JudKe of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James C. Allen, deceased. On reading and filing the petition. duly verifled, of Francés E. Allen, praying that administration of said eet ate may be granted to herself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 18th day of January next, at JO o'clock in the forenqon, be assigned for the hearing of 8aid petition, and that the heirs at Iawof said deceased, and all other pereons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner Kive notice to the persons interested in said estafe, of the pendeney of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed anil cireulated in said county, three successivo weeks previous to said day of hearing H.
