New Tork, Jan. 4.- James B. Kellog-g, one of the members of the defunct E. S. Dean eompany, surrendered himself to the pĆ³lice. He was held in $1,000 bail for examinatfon on the charge of nonspiraey to defraud. Kellogg is the reputed founder of the Dean eompany. Myron L. Brnard and Sam Keiler, the president and manager of the firm.have also surrendered themselves.
