Estáte of James C. Allen. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a sesslon of the Probate Courtfor the County oí Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Albor, on Friday, the 17th day of December, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninetyseven. Present, H. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James C. Allen, deceased. On reading and filing the petition. duly verified, of Francés E. Allen, praying that administration of said estáte may be g-ranted to herself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday. the 18th day of January next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show caue, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said eetate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order tabe published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a nflpspaper printed and circulated in said county, three suceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
