C. H. Manly Gets A Mandamus

Tbe suprerne conrt, on Tuesday, granted the niaudamns asked for bv Charles H. Manly, adtuinistrator of the E. W. Morgan, estáte to oompel Jndgo Back, of the Kalaruazoo oirouit conrt, to set aside a deoree for $145,000 granted to Wilfred Eames, whereby he levied on a large arnonnt of property in this city whioh he claimed orginally belonged to the estáte.
