A Lansing dispatch to the ïnorning papets says: The bilis which oonsfables and otber offioers in soine counties pile np by reason of the trarup nnisanoe has prompted a large number of boards of supervisors tUroughout the state to accept the invitation of the Ingham eoanty board to meet in thie city February 1 to consider meaus for abating the expenses, and to frame a bilí to be presented to tha next legislature oovering the subject. The present indications are that already 50 counties will be represented at the confernnce. In some counties offioers have made a profitable business of arresting the trampa for the fees, as the present law olassifies all persons who beg for food as disorderlies and sulijects them to arrest. The notice of the cali of the meeting, which was issued by the chairman of tha Ingham county board of supervisors, appeared in last week's Argns.
