Chicago, Jan. 25.- A violent snow storm raged in this city all day. Street ?ar business was badly interfered with md traffic with teams was almost out Df the question. At 11 o'clock the wind was howling around the high buildings ind then a gust came sailing along at =ixty-four miles, but the effort was too great and the wind had to settle back to the sixty mark.
