Ottumwa, Ia.. Jan. 25. - A snowstorm and blizzard far worse than Saturday's. whlch was the worst in years, is raging here. Since daylight a foot of snow has fallen, and the heavy norther is drifting it badly. It is increasing in severlty, street ears are abandoned, trains are late, not a vheel will be moving if the storm continúes. Business is at a standstill. Schools are all closed on account of the storm. There wil) be great suffering" araong the poor.
