Chicago, Jan. 25.- At last an amicable adjustment of existing differences between miners and operators is in sight. This adjustment is in the line of a doublé standard. Conservativo counsels have prevailed. There wlll be no strike, and minera and operators will enter upon a era of good will and good fellowship, whlch raeans long prósperity and no further disturbantes oL labor in the liituminous coal fields.
