The neceasary conneotions in the macbinery to comply with this iDJnnction are to be made before June 1, 1898. The rates cbanged in this city are high enongh to gnaraotee a pare spricg water supply to its iuhabitants and this injnnction shonld act aa an assnrance to consumera that spring water is what they are getting.
