Y. M. C. A. Anniversary

The Y. M. C. A. oelebrated its foorth anniversary on Sunday with a well attended meeting at tbe rooms in the afternoon and service at tbe Congregational churoh in tbe evening, wheu tbe auditorium was crowded. At tbe afternoon meeting Jndge H. Wirt New kirk and Dr. W. J. Herdman gave short but spirited addresses on tbe spiritual, physical and mental branohes of tbe assooiation work. In response to a request to oriticise any defeots in the work of the assooiatinn tbey admitted it would be a bard matter to do so. At tbe eveniug meeting Rev. Dan F. Bradley, D. D., of Grand Rapids, delivered tbe anniversary address and President E. S. Gilmore outlined the work of tbe assooiation and its needs.
