Gloversville, N. Y., Feb. 1.- The Al'ord house, a five-story structure, the argest hotel in the city, has been detroyed by fire. The building is a total oss. The ftre was discovered at ' 7 'clock. Every room was occupied and m'a'ny narro w escapes occurred. Five ives were lost. The dead: Henry C. )ay of Gloversville; Rupert, bell boy; E. F. Kimball, wife and daughter of ndianapolis, Ind. The loss to theproprty will reach $100.000. Indianapolis, Ind., Feb. 1.- E. F. Kimall of this city, who, with his wife and daughter, is reported to have lost his ife in a burning hotel at Gloversville, í. Y., was well known in local business ircles. He was a member of the Coumbia club and the New England soiety Mrs. Kimball and daughter were expected at their home in the "Blaherne" in a few days. Both were idenifled with the charity work here and t is understood that Miss Kimball was engaged to marry a young man in the northern part. of Indiana. Mr. Kimball svas a traveling agent for a glove conern at Gloversville.
