Troops For Dyea And Skaguay

Washington, Feb. 8.- At the cabinet meeting it was deoided te serid two companies of troops to Dyea and Skag-uay, Alaska, inunediately for the purpose of preserving order and protecting life and property. Advlces to the governmerit state that the rush to the gold fields has attracted hundreds of the awless element and rhat troops arenecsssary at once to pievent trouble.
