H. Wirt Nuwk'rk. Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Kstttte of Archibald 11. Smith, Incompetent. On reading aud lilling the petilion, duly verlfled, of Martha A. Smith, praytng that she may be licensed to sell certaiii real efetate belonging to said incompetent.
