China Gives Up The Loan Idea

St. Petersburg-, Feb. 8. - According to trustworthy intelligence, China has flnally abandoned the idea of raising a loan in London or elsevvhere. The Tsung-Li-Yamen has instructed the viceroy of Nanking to receive Prince Senry of Prussia upon the latter's arrival at Shanghai.
