OTATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNT Y OF O Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 3lst day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William Morton, deceased. John W. Morton and William H. Morton, executors of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and represent that they are now prepared to render their flnal account as such executors. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tueeday, the lat day of March, neit, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for examinlng and allowinf? such aucount and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and allother pereons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said executors give notlce to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and eirculating in said county, three successive weeks previous tosaid day of hearing. Clark, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he Is now prepared to render hls flnal account as sueh administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday, the 2nd day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for exaniining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor. in said Couuty, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
