At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursriay, the 27th day of .Tanuary, in the year one thouand eight hupdred and ninetyeijiht. Present. H. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Daniel S. Milieu, deceased. On reading and filmar the petüion. duly verifled, of Geo. W. Millen, praying that adrninistration of said estáte may be granted to Moses Seabolt orsome other suitable person. Tbereupon it is ordered tbat Monday. the 21st day of February next, at ]U o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that ïhe heirs at law oï said (jeceased, and all other persons interested in said estat", are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be liolden at the Probate Office, in the city of Aun Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
