Dismissed From The Navy

Washington, Feb. 15. - Luther G. Billings, pay director in the United States navy, has been found guilty by a courtmartial which has been in session at the Washington navy yard for the past few days, of falsehood and scandalous conduct, and has been sentenced to dismissal from the navy. The result of the trial caused the greatest surprise in naval circles.
