De Lome Leaves Washington

Washington, Feb. 15.- Señor Dupuy de Lome, late Spanish minister, left Washington at 4 o'clock in the afternoon on the congressional limited for New Yoi-k. When asked if he had anything to say on the eve of his departure, he answered only with a final "good-by."
