Chicago. Feb. 22.- The remains of Miss Francés Willard will arrive over the Lake Shore road and will be met at the depot by the pall-bearers and the guard of honor. In Willard hall the remains will He in state from 10 a. m. until 4 p. m. Tmmediately after the latter hour the funeral party will go te the Northwestern depot, where a special Wagner car has been placed at its disposalT Members of the Woman's Christian Temperance union, citizens and university students will await the train in Evanston. and will form an escort to "Rest Cottage." On Thursday at 11 a. m. the funeral services will be held in the First Methodist church. Rev. Frank M. Bristol officiating. The remains will lie in the receiving vault in Rose Hill cemetery until a suitable place for nterment is selected. From all parts of the United States and Canada members of the Wfiman's Christian Temperance union are coming to be present at the funeral. Olafia Johannsdottir, daughter of the premier of Iceland. will be among the fonign representatives.
