Hez Hughes Acquitted

Dillsboro. Ind., March 1.- Justice Craig at Cross Plains has rendered a verdict Hez Hughes, who was charged in an affidavit filed by Governor Mount with complicity in the Versátiles lynching. Attorney General Ketcham is en route for Indianapolis. In an interview he said that "It is evident from all the evidence obtainable that the five men broke jail and hung themaelves."
