Pall River, Mass., March 1. - The spinners of the King Phillip milis have thus. far refused to return and less than onethird of the works are running for lack of rilling. The weavers, carders and mule spinners returned to work last week and it was thought the backbone of the strike was broken. The ring spinners, though unorganized and dependent upon friends for financial aid,' held out. It now seems they will likely win the day or close down the milis again.
