Wm. Russell, a Sopeiior townsbip farmer, was arrested Sunday night by Offioer Blackbarn for being drunk and disotderly. Monday inorning Jnstice Duffy oidered fiussell to pay $6.20 oosts or go to jail for 10 days. He paid. W. F. Lodbolz refused to givo credit to two drnnken trarups on Monday evening and they tried to clean him ont. Officer Blackbnrn arrested them and on Tnesday Jnstice Duffy gave them 10 days each in jail. They gave their names as Frank White and Jame A. Bnrgess. Walter Phibhs and Manrice Troy were before Jnstioe Pond Satnrday charged by Depnty Blackbnrn with being dtnnk. Five days in jail said the instice, and they went. Patrolruen Isbell arrestad William Mnrray, of Pittsfield, Priday night for being drnnk and disordetly. He paid a fine of $2 and uosts $2.15 iu Justice Pond's coort Satorday morning for bis f uu. Deputy Sheriff Wm, E. Blackburn arrested Harry Mnrpby Friday for being drank and disorderly. .Tnstice Pond gave Mnrphy five days in jail for the offense.
