A Machinery Parade
Henry Richard's parade of Daenng barvesting rnaohinery Satnrdaycreated muob attention as it passed through the streets. At the head of the procession whioh numbered 37 wagons loaded with luachinery, rode Mr. Richards and the representativo of the Deering company, then oarue Beckei's Military Band, followed by tbe loaded %vagons each of vrhich vfas jilacarded "Deering." The drivers were all taken to tbe American house for dinner after Vfhich tbe loaded wagons prooeeded on their way ont into tbe country to their eeveral destinations.
