Key West, Fia., March 8.- The United States cruiser Montgomery is still in the harbor. The work of coaling that vessel from a barge was resumedi The Marblehead is coaling at the doek. The tug Right Arm arrived here from Havana. Captain Everett, the diver of the Merritt & Chapman Derrick and Wreeking company, was on board. Captain Everett was very reserved concerning the work he has done on the wreek of the Maine, but he expresses the opiniĆ³n that it is now doubtful if the big guns can be saved, so f ast is the wreek sinking in the mud of Havana harbor. Orders have been given to the United States cruiser Montgomery to sail at once. Commander Converse ivas ashore during the day and had a long consultation with Rear Admiral Sicard.
