Another Big Fire At Chicago

Chicago, March 22.- Seven persons were injured, scores oí lives were placed in perll, and more than $175,000 jaraage was done by a fire which broke out in the basement of the Monroe restaurant building, 118-120 Monroe street, at 6:45 o'clock in the morning. Within two hours the five-story structure was a ruined shell. No persons were killed.
