At a sessioo of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the í-'4th day of Mareh. in the year one thousand eight hundredand ninetye'lresent, H. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaac Snddeby, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Mary Suddeby praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to George Coe or some other suilable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday. the 18th day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all olher persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a seseion of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cauoe, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
