Estáte of Isaac Suddeby. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a sessioo of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the í-'4th day of Mareh. in the year one thousand eight hundredand ninetye'lresent, H. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaac Snddeby, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Mary Suddeby praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to George Coe or some other suilable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday. the 18th day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all olher persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a seseion of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cauoe, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Aud it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publiehed in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and clroulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Present, H. Wirt Newlurk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaac Dunn, deceased. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled, of Mary Dunn, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to Johnson Backus the executor in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the lGth day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoou, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sesslon of said Court, tben to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Present, H.Wiit Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of .Julia E. Shankland, deceased. Androw Shankland. the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represent that hc is now preparad to render nis final account as such administrator Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 12tn day of' April next, at 10 o olock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deoeased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are reqnired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. Present, H. Wlrt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the ostate of Thomas Steward, deceased. Samuel Stewart, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and representsthat he is now preparedto render hls final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 2ñth day.ot' April next, at ten o'clookin the forenoon, bc ai-signed for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are renuired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if aoy there be, why the said account shoulo not be allowed.
