Estáte of Isaac Dunn. VTATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a Bession of the Probate Court for the Countyor Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Orïice iu the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 2Ut day of Mareh in tlie eyar one thousand eight bundred and ninety-eight. Present, H, Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte oi' Isaac Dunn, deoeased. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled, of Mary Dunn, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that administnition of said eetate may he granted to Johnson Backus the executor in said wiil named, or to some othor suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the lfitli day of April next, at 10 o'clock ín the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Oilice, iu the City of Ann Arbor, anti show cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested iu said estáte, of the pendeney of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to bo published in the Aiid Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and oireulated in satd county three sueeessive weeks previous to satd day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Conrt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Ofliue in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thuradas', the 31st day of Maren in the year one thousand eight huudred and ninety-eight. Present, II. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. in the matter of the estáte of Thomas Steward, deceased. Samuel Stewart, the administrator of said estáte comes i rito court and representsthat he is now preparedto render hls final account as such administrator.' Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 25th day, of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenooo, be assixrned for examining and allowing such account, and that the beirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons iuterested in said estáte, are renuired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor. in said County, and show causo, if auy there be, why the said acoount should not be allowed. And it is furthor ordered that said administrator glve notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendeney of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to bo published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspapor printed and circnlatmg in said county three sucecssive weeks provious to said day of hearing-.
