Ladies' Library Association

At the annual meeting of the Ladies' Library Association held Monday afternoon the reports of the officers showed a good condition of affairs with the prospects bright for a successful year to come. The treasurer had a balance on hand of $347.58, of which $200 is principal to be reinvested. The following were elected as a board of directors: Mrs. W. N.Brown, Mrs. Palmer, Miss Georgia Goodrich Mrs. O. M. Martin, Mrs. Carrow, Mrs Hendry, Mrs. G. C. Huber. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mrs. H. B. Hutchins; vice-president, Mrs. Bach; secretary, Mrs. G. C Huber; treasurer, Miss Alice Douglas A pleasant social hour followed the business meeting during which light refreshments were served.
