Receive For A Coal Company

Birmingham, Ala., April 12.- J. H. Bartlett has been appointed temporary reeeiver for the Corona Coal and Coke company on his own petition as representati.ve of the Eng'lish stockholders. The action grows out of a dispute between the Knglish and American stockholders of the Jasper ïoirn and Land company, owners of the Corona Coa! and Coke company, over the right of the English to vote their stock in the Corona company. whlch right the Amerieans denied. The laws of Alabama do not permit a foreign Corporation to vote stock in a town Corporation.
