At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Thursday, the 24th day of March, in the yearone thou-and eight hupdred and ninetyeight. Present, H. WIET NEWKIRK, .Tudge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaao Suddebyi deceased. , On reading and filiug the petition, duly verifled, of Mary Suddeby praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to Geprge ('oe or soine other suitr able person. Thereupon it is ordercd that Monday. the lSth day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forcnoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are requlred to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show caune, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner .should not be granted. And it is further ordered tfhat said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus. a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. On reading and filing the petition duly verifled, of Mary Dunn, praying that a cerlain instrument now on file in this Court, purportlng to be the last will and testament of said deceawed, may be admitted to probate and that iidminifitvation of said estáte may be granted to Johnson Backus the executor in said will uamed, or to some other suitable person.
