A colored man, who was afterwards ideutifled as William Kirzey, of Cölchester, Ont., carne to his death Friday night while walking on the Michigan Central railroad track. - ... Two men named Sam Camp and Arthur Carroll were returning lióme about 10:30 p. m. írom Geddes, wheré' they had been tíshiug, when they saw the mangled body oL the unfortunate negro lying between the rails. His head was misáing but was subsequently found at the side of the track, about a rod from where the body !ay. Coronar Ball was notified, who had the remains removed toO. M. Mar.oin's undertaking rooms and impaneled. a jury. The inquest was then adjourned until Monday. No papers could be found on his person that would teil who the man was, and none of the many who saw the remaius Sunday could identify him, until another colored man named Hurst identiüed the body as that of William Kirzey, of Colchester, Ont., who had been staying around in this city and Ypsilanti for several days previous. It is supposed that the man was run over by one, if not both of the trains which pass Ann Arbor at about that hour of the night and the jury returned a verdict in accordance with the facts. The remains were buried in the Fifth ward cemetery Tuesday afternoon.
