The National Volunteer Reserve
Blanks tor enlisting in the National Volunteer Reserve have been received by J. Q. A. Sessious, adjutaut of Welch Post, G. A. R.. trom C. V. R. Pond,: assisfcant adjutant general of the department of Michigan. Members of the G. A. R. are requested toact as'recruiting officers, and the local printers and publidhers are expected to print all the blanks needed without charge. It is a voluntary work of enrolling all who are ready and willing to serve their country in the army and navyt between the ages of 18 and 45. TUe work of ènlistmeut wilt be begun in a few days.
